General

AmazonLeftover is an online shopping store serving customers across Pakistan. You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product titles, descriptions, images, conditions, sizes, colors, specifications, and prices accurately.

Minor differences in color, packaging, design, or appearance may occur because of screen settings, photography, supplier updates, manufacturing variations, or product batches.

Customers should carefully review the product description, available options, images, and condition information before placing an order.

Pricing and Availability

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees unless stated otherwise.

Prices and product availability may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, update product information, limit quantities, or discontinue any product.

Order Acceptance and Confirmation

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order may be confirmed through phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email before dispatch.

AmazonLeftover reserves the right to cancel, hold, or refuse an order due to:

• Incorrect pricing or product information
• Stock unavailability
• Incomplete or incorrect customer information
• Suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity
• Failure to confirm the order
• Delivery limitations or courier restrictions
• Failure to provide any required advance payment

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders across Pakistan.

Customers must provide an active phone number and complete delivery address. Orders may be delayed or cancelled when the customer cannot be contacted or the information provided is incomplete.

Advance Payment Policy

Orders above PKR 10,000 require an advance payment of 5% of the order value or PKR 1,000, whichever amount is greater.

The remaining amount may be paid through Cash on Delivery, where available.

An order requiring advance payment will only be processed after the payment has been received and confirmed.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been fulfilled or dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. After delivery, the customer may request a return according to our Return, Refund and Exchange Policy.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the delivery location, courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, sales periods, incorrect customer information, or circumstances beyond our control.

AmazonLeftover is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or events outside our reasonable control.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Eligible return or exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Returns, exchanges, deductions, return shipping charges, and refunds are subject to our Return, Refund and Exchange Policy.

For change-of-mind returns, up to 15% may be deducted from the product amount as handling, packing, service, or restocking charges. This deduction may be reduced or waived depending on the reason for return, condition of the product, packaging, and circumstances of the case.

Customers should review the Return, Refund and Exchange Policy before placing an order.

Intellectual Property

The AmazonLeftover name, website design, original graphics, text, logos, and other original content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.

Third-party brand names, logos, and trademarks displayed on product pages remain the property of their respective owners.

Prohibited Use

Customers must not use the website to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Place fraudulent orders
• Attempt unauthorized access to the website
• Introduce viruses, malicious code, or automated abuse
• Copy or misuse website content
• Interfere with the website’s operation or security

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AmazonLeftover will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
